The Announcements module displays a list of announcements. Each announcement includes a title and a rich text description. Announcements are ordered by their publish date by default, however view order can be specified.

Announcement Settings: The module settings page includes a template editor which allows the Administrators to modify the styles, layout and content displayed for each announcement. The number of days history (e.g. 1 day, 2 days, etc) can be set here, as can the length of the description used in search results and rss feeds.
